Technician will come on-site during the scheduled appointment time. After the problem has been determined you will be provided a written estimate to correct the problem.

You can treat the repair as one time service and perform the work as outlined in the estimate. However to save money you should sign-up for a service plan & perform the quoted work with reduced pricing.

Citcom Group charge an industry standard hourly rate. This is the rate applied to most projects, there are some exceptions. Large projects will get volume discounts.

Web development prices can range dramatically depending on the complexity and components the site will deliver. However we do offer a simple small business web presence package. This includes up to six pages of content, feedback form, flash animations.

Do you like our service, know someone that also needs computer help. Now you can earn additional discounts through client referrals. For each successful referral you will earn $20 credit towards your next service. The credits never expire and can be used whenever you wish.

Citcom : General Information

We have been servicing computers and related devices for close to a decade now. Over the years we compiled statistical information and customer behavior profiles. The estimates and data presented below is based on this information.

"Statistics show that people typically have 5 hardware related major issues with their computers yearly. Small typically software related issues occur about 17 times per year. On average a computer related repair costs over $200 per incident. Therefore many choose to avoid or delay repairs due to high cost of on-site support."

Understanding this we have created support plans that provide extensive coverage at very reasonable prices. Many clients find themselves using our services more frequently simply because its now affordable to fix even small issues.

To protect our company from fraudulent activity all plans require 6 month subscriptions billed monthly. Deductible and any additional charges will be due at the end of support visit.

Any current plan subscriber can change plans. However this change will begin a new six month subscription with the new plan. Citcom Group reserves the right to terminate any support plan at the end of its subscription if the client is abusing or defrauding the plan benefits.

Citcom : Plan Advantages

There are a number of advantages to having a good support plan in place. Your monthly subscription fee gives you access to free maintenance tune ups and free remote support. It also qualifies you for additional savings on a number of services we provide.

Depending on plan you can easily be saving 50% on labor charges for on-site visits. It also provides a monthly payment of sort when things do go wrong. Some repairs could easily cost $500 or more. Depending on your situation not everyone can afford a large one time payment.

The support plans provide a level of protection against such events. Even in a worst case scenario if you have a support plan you will save hundreds of dollars when it matters most.

Most plans include hardware insurance, if a component of the covered device breaks you will receive a replacement. Hardware insurance does not cover damage resulting from mishandling or user negligence. Each component is covered up to $300 retail value. For any single component that costs less then $300 you only pay the deductible fee for each item. For single components that cost over $300 the client pays the deductible plus the additional cost difference.

Laptops have additional insurance restrictions due to higher risk of physical damage and limited part availability from manufacturers.

A service call from a tech will be covered by the deductible. Silver Plan does not include hardware insurance. Any hardware replacements or repairs will be charged to the client.

Remote support is included free with all of our plans. Many issues can be fixed remotely avoiding a visit by the technician.
