Citcom : On-Site Estimate Request

	Step 1 - Fill Out & Submit Quote
	The form is filled out and submitted for our review. Please make sure you receive the confirmation page. You will be contacted shortly to confirm time and date of the appointment. You can also call us directly to schedule an appointment.

Step 2 - On Site Estimate

Technician will come on-site during the scheduled appointment time. After the problem has been determined you will be provided a written estimate. If you choose to perform the work the service call charge is waived and you can choose one of the following.

1. Perform the work as outlined in the provided estimate.
2. Sign-Up for a service plan & perform the quoted work with revised pricing. The price changes will depend on which plan you choose.

	Estimate Promise
	Citcom Group estimates are guaranteed for 90 days from date issued. If you change your mind after paying the service call, you will be credited what you already paid towards the estimate provided.
